Dubai, October 2026. The stand of PARIMIR, a brand of professional tools for beauty experts: 9 m², an all-inclusive package from the organiser.
What we did
- Handled the correspondence with the organiser and filled in the application forms
- Collected the artwork in time for printing and produced the handouts
- Rented two glass display cases when the venue had run out
- Brought in an English-speaking stand assistant from the beauty industry who lives in Dubai
- Inspected the stand before opening: the organiser fixed the build-up defects by day two

Project lead
Kristina Diakina
Founder of SIGNED DXB. Runs every project personally, from the first quote to breakdown.
An architect by training, she worked in architectural design and interiors. She reads drawings, understands how a structure works and speaks the same language as the technologists.
She lives in the UAE after moving from Moscow, and knows exhibitions from the exhibitor’s side too: she prepared her own stand at Gostiny Dvor in Moscow — to save money she spent half the night building it herself, and by the first day of the show she had no energy left for visitors. So she remembers the questions every exhibitor has — who builds it, who takes it down, who picks up the phone when something goes wrong.

Can I order just one service?
Yes. The full package is an option, not an obligation. Clients often order the stand and print, and arrange staff and catering themselves.
How much does it cost?
Every project is priced individually, depending on stand size, the services you choose and the timeline. Send a request and we’ll come back with options and a quote. Minimum order from AED 2,000.
Is there a fee for the site survey?
Yes, from AED 500. If you go ahead with an order, the fee is credited towards it.
Which emirates do you cover?
Exhibitions: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman. Signage production and installation: Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman.
Can you help pay the exhibition participation fee?
Yes, under an agency agreement: we pay the organiser on your behalf and hand over the supporting documents.
We don’t have a company in the UAE. Can we still exhibit?
Yes. You can’t register as an exhibitor without a UAE trade licence, so we register the stand under our company, while the stand carries your name and brand.
Can we sell products on the stand?
Only with a company registered in the UAE. Without one you can display products but not sell them. We can help set up a company — allow about a month.
How far ahead should we contact you?
Ideally at least two months before the show — that is enough even for a large stand. If you have less time, get in touch and we’ll tell you honestly what is still possible.
Do you obtain signage permits?
Permits are not included in the price and are quoted separately for each site.
