A stand at Beautyworld Middle East
Dubai, October 2026. The stand of PARIMIR, a brand of professional tools for beauty experts: 9 m², an all-inclusive package from the organiser.
What we did
- Handled the correspondence with the organiser and filled in the application forms
- Collected the artwork in time for printing and produced the handouts
- Rented two glass display cases when the venue had run out
- Brought in an English-speaking stand assistant from the beauty industry who lives in Dubai
- Inspected the stand before opening: the organiser fixed the build-up defects by day two
Three people worked the stand — enough for 9 m².
Why exhibit, even if you can’t sell on the stand
An exhibition in Dubai opens the door to the whole Middle East.
-
Test demand
Find out whether your product is needed in the UAE and neighbouring countries before you invest.
-
Find distributors
They buy from you and sell in their own market — you don’t need a company in Dubai for that.
-
Meet the decision-makers
Owners and senior managers come to the stands themselves — people you would never reach by phone.
-
An audience beyond Dubai
Visitors come from Saudi Arabia, Turkey and across the region; exhibitors come from all over the world.
-
Speak and hold meetings
You can speak at the show’s conference on a pre-agreed topic and book a meeting room.
-
Brand status
An international exhibition is a strong line in your portfolio and builds recognition in a new market.
Good to know before the show
Things exhibitors usually only find out at the venue.
- 01
Start two months ahead
That is enough even for a large stand: approve the design, send the structure into production, and sort out furniture and print.
- 02
Build-up starts three days before opening
Products go on display the morning of opening, or stay covered: the hall is cleaned overnight and it gets dusty.
- 03
Selling requires a UAE company
Without one you can only display your products. Registration usually takes about a week, but allow a month. We can help set up the company.
- 04
No UAE licence? Exhibit under ours
You can’t register as an exhibitor without a trade licence. We register the stand under our company, while the stand carries your name and brand.
- 05
Three people per stand
For a stand of about 9 m², two is too few at peak times and four get in each other’s way; a large stand needs up to five. Someone senior should be there to answer the tough questions.
- 06
English is a must, Arabic is a plus
Exhibitions run in English. We can find stand staff who know your product and speak Arabic on request.
- 07
Day one matters most
Especially until 3 pm, when the most interested visitors and official guests come. The owner should be on the stand fresh, not after an all-night build.
- 08
The small things people forget
An extension lead, tissues, chairs for the team — eight hours on your feet is hard. If furniture isn’t in the venue package, we rent it: rental companies already have venue access.
- 09
The work continues after the show
We turn the business cards into a spreadsheet — who is who and how to reach them — and hand it to your managers. Breakdown, removal and handing back the space are on us.
